Colt construction

We were requested to provide a solution to our client’s problem. Their process involves using a glue that best cures above 10 degrees. The glue gives off vapours so needs to be applied in a well-ventilated area. This operation was previously done outside but weather conditions affected their productivity. NTS provided a solution to ventilate the area using an LEV system to remove the vapour away from the staff whilst also providing on LPHW radiant heating system to heat only the product and net the space. The two systems are controlled to work effectively together by using a bespoke control panel that monitors the operation and controls the LEV fan, male up air louvres, gas boiler, ventilation plants and the LPHW radiant panels.
